Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales enablement tools and resources.
  • Provide regular sales updates and performance reports to senior management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging trends, applying this knowledge to drive sales growth and innovation.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as those of our competitors.
  • Represent our brand at industry events and conferences, promoting our solutions and building relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales, business development, or account management, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and building strong relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and negotiate effectively.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to handle objections and close deals.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, with a strong focus on results and a willingness to take initiative.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections, with a positive and persistent approach to sales.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in the hospitality or travel industry is an advantage, but not required, with a willingness to learn and adapt to our business model.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with sales enablement tools and technologies, such as CRM software and sales analytics platforms.
  • Knowledge of the hospitality or travel industry, with a deep understanding of the trends and challenges facing our clients.
  • A strong network of contacts and relationships within the industry, with the ability to leverage these to drive sales growth and innovation.
  • A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a strong focus on results and a willingness to take initiative.
