About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our team, with a strong focus on driving revenue growth and building lasting relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, business development, or account management, and will be able to communicate complex ideas and negotiate effectively. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and closing deals, while providing exceptional customer service and support.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base, with a focus on building strong relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients, handling objections and closing deals in a professional and persistent manner.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring that all terms and conditions are met and that our business interests are protected.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our existing clients, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with our services.
- Collaborate with our internal teams to develop and implement sales campaigns and promotions, and to identify new business opportunities.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, and to develop strategies to optimize our sales approach.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to our sales strategy and approach.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services, and be able to communicate their value and benefits to prospective clients.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, and contribute to the overall growth and success of our business.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or account management is preferred, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and building strong relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and negotiate effectively.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to handle objections and close deals.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, with a strong focus on results and a willingness to take initiative.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections, with a positive and persistent approach to sales.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in the hospitality or travel industry is an advantage, but not required, with a willingness to learn and adapt to our business model.
- Reliable internet connection and access to your own phone for making business calls, with a professional and dedicated workspace.
Nice to Have
- Experience with sales software and CRM systems, with the ability to leverage technology to optimize our sales approach and performance.
- A strong network of contacts and relationships within the hospitality or travel industry, with the ability to leverage these connections to drive business growth.
- A certification or degree in sales, marketing, or a related field, with a strong understanding of sales principles and practices.
- Fluency in multiple languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
- Experience with data analysis and performance metrics, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to optimize our sales approach.
