About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior LLM Developer to join our team. As a Senior LLM Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and deploying large language models that drive innovation and excellence in natural language processing. You will work closely with our team of engineers and researchers to push the boundaries of what is possible with LLMs.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop large language models that meet the requirements of our products and services.
- Collaborate with researchers to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in LLM technology and apply them to our products.
- Work with engineers to integrate LLMs into our products and services, ensuring seamless and efficient deployment.
- Develop and maintain high-quality, readable, and well-documented code.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure that the codebase is maintainable and scalable.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to LLM performance and deployment.
- Develop and implement testing and validation procedures to ensure LLMs meet performance and quality standards.
- Collaborate with product managers to understand product requirements and develop LLMs that meet those needs.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in natural language processing.
Requirements
- Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in developing large language models or related technologies.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Experience with popular deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Strong understanding of natural language processing concepts, including tokenization, sentiment analysis, and language modeling.
- Experience with large-scale data processing and distributed computing.
- Strong software engineering skills, including version control, testing, and code review.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with popular LLM architectures such as transformer-based models.
- Familiarity with cloud-based technologies such as AWS or Google Cloud.
- Experience with containerization using Docker.
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies and experience working in a fast-paced environment.
