About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our team, with a strong focus on driving revenue growth and building long-lasting relationships with our clients. Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics, using insights to inform sales strategies and optimize results.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and adapt to changes in the market and our business model.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services, and be able to communicate their value and benefits to customers.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, and contribute to the overall growth and success of our company.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales, business development, or account management, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and building strong relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and negotiate effectively.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to handle objections and close deals.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, with a strong focus on results and a willingness to take initiative.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections, with a positive and persistent approach to sales.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in the hospitality or travel industry is an advantage, but not required, with a willingness to learn and adapt to our business model.
  • Reliable internet connection and access to your own phone for making business calls, with a professional and dedicated workspace.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with sales software and CRM systems, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Knowledge of the hospitality or travel industry, with an understanding of the key trends and developments that are shaping the market.
  • A strong network of contacts and relationships in the industry, with the ability to leverage these to drive sales and growth.
