About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our team, responsible for contacting hotels and presenting our partnership program to drive business growth. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently and build strong relationships with key decision-makers. As a key member of our team, you will be expected to meet and exceed monthly sales targets and maintain accurate records of sales activities.

Responsibilities

  • Contact hotels via phone, email, and other communication channels to present our partnership program and negotiate direct agreements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel decision-makers to drive long-term business growth and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Follow up with prospects throughout the sales cycle to ensure timely and effective communication.
  • Present our partnership program in a clear and compelling manner, highlighting the benefits and value proposition to potential partners.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, with a focus on driving revenue growth and expanding our network of hotel partners.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in our company's CRM system, including contact information, sales calls, and meeting notes.
  • Conduct research to identify new sales opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and maximize sales efforts.
  • Provide feedback and insights to improve our sales strategy and partnership program.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales, business development, or account management is preferred, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and building strong relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and negotiate effectively.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to handle objections and close deals.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, with a strong focus on results and a willingness to take initiative.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections, with a positive and persistent approach to sales.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in the hospitality or travel industry is an advantage, but not required, with a willingness to learn and adapt to our business model.
  • Reliable internet connection and access to your own phone for making business calls, with a professional and dedicated workspace.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with CRM software and sales automation tools, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Knowledge of the hospitality or travel industry, with a understanding of the key trends and developments shaping our business.
  • Fluency in additional languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with international partners and clients.
  • Prior experience working in a remote or distributed team environment, with a self-motivated and disciplined approach to work.
