As a DevOps/SRE, you will be at the forefront of managing our cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring systems. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and scalability of our platform, ensuring that hiring managers can access ranked candidates in mere minutes.

## Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure to support our AI-native applicant tracking system.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless deployment and integration processes.
- Implement and monitor system performance using advanced tools to maintain high availability and reliability.
- Collaborate with development teams to design and deploy scalable solutions using AWS, Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Automate infrastructure tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the cloud environment to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with security best practices and industry standards.
- Continuously improve processes and infrastructure to support business growth and innovation.

## Requirements

- 4+ years of experience in DevOps/SRE roles with a focus on cloud infrastructure.
- Proficient in AWS services and Terraform for infrastructure as code.
- Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
- Ability to design and implement CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools to ensure system performance and reliability.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.

## Nice to Have

- Experience with cloud-native technologies and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with serverless computing and event-driven architectures.
- Knowledge of security practices and tools for cloud environments.
- Experience with infrastructure monitoring tools like Prometheus or Grafana.
- Proven track record of optimizing cloud costs and resource utilization.
