## About the Role

Join our dynamic team as a Software Engineer at CurriculoATS, where your expertise will drive the evolution of a cutting-edge applicant tracking system. You'll be at the forefront of developing innovative solutions that redefine how startups hire, leveraging AI to streamline and enhance the recruitment process.

## Responsibilities

- Design, build, and maintain scalable software solutions for our AI-native applicant tracking platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new features and improve existing functionalities.
- Optimize the Impact Scoring Engine to ensure accurate and efficient candidate evaluation.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to maintain system performance and reliability.
- Develop and implement automated testing strategies to ensure software quality.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our platform.
- Document code and processes to facilitate team collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture.

## Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on web applications.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Ruby.
- Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization (e.g., Docker).
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their application in software development.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

## Nice to Have

- Experience with applicant tracking systems or HR tech solutions.
- Knowledge of front-end frameworks like React or Angular.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
