## Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and test software applications using Python, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and efficient code that meets our organization's standards and requirements.
- Lead projects from conception to delivery, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify requirements, develop solutions, and implement best practices.
- Collaborate with junior developers to provide guidance, mentorship, and feedback, helping to improve their skills and knowledge of Python and software development methodologies.
- Participate in code reviews, ensuring that all code is thoroughly tested, documented, and adheres to our organization's coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, using your expertise in Python and software development to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.

## Requirements

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Python development, with a strong portfolio of projects and a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of Python programming language, including syntax, semantics, and best practices for development, testing, and deployment.
- Experience with popular Python frameworks and libraries, such as Django, Flask, and NumPy, and the ability to apply this knowledge to real-world problems.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall, and the ability to apply these methodologies in a practical context.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and project managers.

## Nice to Have
