junior BPO executive

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled BPO Executive to lead our business process outsourcing team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving operational excellence. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance. Your expertise will be crucial in driving growth and success in our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives, including revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and process improvement.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to align strategies and drive business outcomes.

  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and experimentation to stay ahead of industry trends.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to drive business growth and expansion.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry developments and best practices.

  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure effective resource allocation.

  • Implement and maintain quality management systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in BPO operations, management, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of leadership experience.

  • Strong understanding of business process outsourcing, including industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and performance metrics.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and experience with CRM software and other business applications.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.

  • Strong business acumen, with experience in financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.

  • Knowledge of quality management systems, including ISO 9001 and other industry standards.

  • Experience in managing and developing high-performing teams, with a focus on talent development and succession planning.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in managing multiple sites or locations, with a strong understanding of remote team management and virtual collaboration.

  • Certification in a related field, such as Six Sigma, Lean, or ITIL, with a focus on process improvement and efficiency.

  • Familiarity with emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, machine learning, and automation, and their applications in BPO operations.

  • Strong network of industry contacts, with experience in building and maintaining relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.

  • Experience in managing and implementing change management initiatives, with a focus on driving cultural transformation and organizational development.
