Assistant Vice President - Sales - HNI/Luxury Residential/Channel Sale

Role & responsibilities
We are looking for a seasoned sales leader to drive luxury residential sales ( 20 Cr+ ticket size) through channel partners, while leading and mentoring a high-performing sales team. The role requires strong expertise in HNI/UHNI client engagement, channel ecosystem development, and team leadership, with a sharp focus on revenue delivery and premium customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Revenue Leadership
- Drive sales of ultra-luxury residential projects (- 20 Cr+ ticket size) through channel partners and strategic alliances
- Own and deliver top-line revenue targets for the business vertical
- Lead complex deal closures with HNI/UHNI clients through a consultative approach
2. Channel Sales Management
- Build, expand, and manage a strong network of channel partners, IPCs, luxury brokers, and wealth advisors
- Design and implement channel engagement programs, incentive structures, and activation strategies
- Ensure high productivity and consistent deal flow from channel ecosystem
3. Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales managers / relationship managers
- Set clear KPIs, targets, and performance metrics for the team
- Drive capability building through coaching, joint client meetings, and deal support
- Foster a high-performance, ownership-driven team culture
4. HNI Client Engagement
- Develop strong relationships with HNI/UHNI clients, family offices, and investment networks
- Curate exclusive client experiences (private previews, events, bespoke presentations)
- Ensure superior customer journey and relationship management
5. Strategy & Market Intelligence
- Provide inputs on pricing, inventory strategy, and go-to-market plans
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and buyer behavior in the luxury segment
- Collaborate with marketing for targeted campaigns and brand positioning
6. Governance & Reporting
- Monitor sales funnel, conversion ratios, and channel performance
- Prepare and present MIS, forecasts, and business reviews to senior leadership
Key Requirements:
- Experience: 10-16 years in real estate sales, with strong exposure to luxury / ultra-luxury segment
- Proven track record of closing high-value deals (- 10 Cr+ transactions)
- Demonstrated experience in team handling and leadership roles
- Strong network across HNI/UHNI clients, channel partners, IPCs, and wealth managers
- Expertise in channel sales strategy and execution
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with leading real estate developers or IPC firms
- MBA / PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Real Estate preferred
