About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Developer to join our team, responsible for designing, developing, and testing software applications. Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test software applications using various programming languages and technologies, ensuring high-quality and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and quality assurance, to identify and prioritize project requirements.
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices, and providing constructive feedback to colleagues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, using debugging tools and techniques to identify and fix problems.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, technical guides, and release notes.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to improve our software development processes and products.
• Contribute to the development of our software development lifecycle, including agile methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Work closely with our DevOps team to ensure smooth deployment and operation of our software applications.
• Participate in planning and estimation, helping to define project scope, timelines, and resource allocation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with a strong foundation in programming languages, data structures, and software design patterns.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript, with experience in developing large-scale software applications.
• Experience with agile development methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban, and version control systems like Git.
• Strong understanding of software design principles, including modularity, scalability, and maintainability.
• Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, using tools like Jenkins, Docker, or Kubernetes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop creative solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with cloud-based platforms, such as AWS or Azure, and experience with containerization using Docker.

Nice to Have

• Experience with machine learning or artificial intelligence, including frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices, including secure coding techniques and vulnerability assessment.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools, such as Puppet, Chef, or Ansible, and experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Certification in software development, such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Java Developer (OCPJP).
