The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as providing strategic financial guidance to senior management. Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies to achieve business objectives, including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

Manage financial operations, including financial reporting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable, to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Provide financial analysis and insights to senior management to inform business decisions and drive growth.

Lead financial planning and budgeting processes, including preparing annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.

Develop and maintain financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and cash flow.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, including tax laws and accounting standards.

Manage financial risk and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks.

Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including auditors, bankers, and investors.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management.

Proven track record of financial management experience, including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax laws.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Experience with financial software and systems, including financial planning and budgeting tools.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Professional certification, such as CPA or CMA, is an asset.

Nice to Have

Experience with financial modeling and forecasting, including developing and maintaining complex financial models.

Knowledge of financial analytics and data visualization tools, including Tableau or Power BI.

Experience with mergers and acquisitions, including financial due diligence and integration.

Strong understanding of business operations and the ability to identify areas for process improvements.

Experience with international financial management, including foreign exchange and international tax laws.
