About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our consultancy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, with a proven track record of improving efficiency and productivity. As an Operations Manager, you will play a key role in driving our business forward and ensuring the smooth delivery of our services.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business objectives, ensuring alignment with the company's overall mission and vision.
  • Manage and coordinate the daily activities of our consultancy, including resource allocation, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Analyze and resolve operational issues, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve business goals.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational performance and track progress.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and experimentation within the team.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, maintaining high levels of quality and integrity.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors, negotiating contracts and agreements as needed.
  • Identify and mitigate operational risks, developing contingency plans to minimize potential impacts.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in operations management, preferably in a consultancy or professional services environment.
  • Strong understanding of business operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and productivity, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Experience with operational management tools and software, such as project management platforms and CRM systems.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with lean principles and agile methodologies, with a focus on process optimization and improvement.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards, such as data protection and quality management.
  • Certification in operations management, such as a Six Sigma Black Belt or a Certified Operations Manager (COM) designation.
  • Experience with data analytics and business intelligence tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
